Quick, dirty, handy in a pinch in the ED.
This is just a tremendous app... not all inclusive but certainly growing by the day and very adherent to Rosenalli and current literature
Very easy to navigate and clutch during busy shifts. UTD? Aint nobody got time for that.
I use wikem on a daily basis for the past 6 years. I love it. It has everything I need to practice emergency Medicine.
Very helpful app for the ER
Good reviews of topics in the er
I like the format and content, but frequently cannot open a topic or do a search without data access.
My cousin has the old version and the antibiotics are categorized by tabs and diagnosis. Now it only has a handful of diagnosis.
The content for this is terrific
This is a great medical app, very helpful, thanks for your efforts done for MDs Will you make favorites and lists free offer beside this awesome App Best regards
Need more improvements in term of insert graphics and algorithm
Must have app. I use this every shift as a 3rd and 4th year medical student.
Full of useful, pertinent information without all the fluff.
Wish family Med had this app.
Great clinical information but I cant rely on it because it keeps requiring me to log in and sometimes I cant get in even with the correct log in information.
I started using it WikEM about a year ago as an EM-PGYII and its come in handy during teaching sessions and quick reference throughout my day. Essential component of you ED toolbox. A++
Im a PA student about to graduate and Ive been using this for many of my rotations, even outside the ER. Very quick, clear, and concise summaries of medical management with references. Very cool.
I cant add a note in me favorites and cant add it in a list. I have any iphone 6+ Fix it!!
Very good app to read topics on the fly when working in the ER. I am surprised by the no of topics available in this app. It not only tells the management but also tells the dosage if medication. The articles are always referenced to reputable sources like Tintinalli so I know it is pretty accurate information too.
Crashes right after app launch
