Love this app - was looking forward to using it on my clinical rotations, but it keeps crashing when I try to navigate to a topic. Please fix this!

This app is well organized and easy to use. I use it at least once every shift.

Im a first year EM resident and of all the apps Ive tried (seems like 50+) using during a shift Ive consistently found this one to be the most useful and the one I go to first. Im only taking away one star because the search function can be a little slow and Im not a fan of the main layout (one giant list) that you scroll/search through. But the content is amazing which is what matters most. this could easily be a $10 app.

Once again app continues to crash on opening. I have the latest IOS and update from Wikem.

Sorry folks, app is crashing within seconds of opening now (I think while auto updating). Makes in non-functional.

Hey, I really love this app and use it all the time in the ED. Lately however, it has been crashing a lot. Also, during my last update it deleted all of my lists I made. Overall, still the best and most useful tool while in the ED. I know any issues occurring will get worked out, just wanted to make yall aware.

Crashes every time I search for intracerebral hemorrhage. Also, its not optimized for iPhone 6+, so the font and content are large and blurry.

I downloaded this app for free and for quite some time use the "Notes" section for free as well. This weekend while working in the ER I had a patient come in with new onset acute glaucoma; within in my notes were 5 medications (strengths/dose/sig/etc.) that an ophthalmologist had given me and that I didnt want to forget. This weekend, while looking for my notes, I found that it now costs $.99 to access my notes. I paid for the access and my notes were not there. Shame on you WikEM!!! Your greed put another human being at risk. If this was something that I could chart and you held accountable for, I would.

This has become my main resource as a resident. It harvests pertinent information from tintinalli/uptodate/LITFL/etc and presents it in a concise article.

Great app but just paid for the exclusive version so that I could favorite common presentations and it doesnt work. Please fix thanks.

With this latest update, I decided to purchase Favorites and Lists for $5.99. Allows me to create lists, but I cannot add any Favorites (main reason for my purchase). Going to request refund soon if not fixed!

Has most commonly seen ER problems plus lots of more rare things too. Each topic is concise with the high yield info I need. Plus, there are some awesome features I am just now discovering: an antibiotic by diagnosis section, antibiotic/bacteria sensitivities, microbiology classification table... I keep finding more reasons to love the app. I use it every shift.

Cant save anything to favorites. Pages dont save to lists. So, I have to tirelessly use the search function. BUT awesome information. Concise. To the point. Without extra fluff. My goto ER app for my intern year.

Registration doesnt work and therefore cant open app anymore. Others have same issue

Was forced to upgrade to latest version. Now unable to open without registration. However, crashes every time I attempt to register. Unable to use app.
